Tsohost Review: Why have I been using Tsohost for over 10 years?

I first wrote this Tsohost review in 2013. I’ve been using Tsohost since 2011 when I switched over from Godaddy. I’ve now been a Tsohost customer for over 10 years and its testament to their hosting and customer service that I am sticking with their services.

With the infrastructure based in a data centre just outside the capital, it connects to the Tsohost offices in London Docklands via an impressive 10 Gigabit connection. The close proximity of the offices to the data means that Tsohost can quickly deploy technical staff in the event of network failures.

Tsohost Review, TLDR

If, like me, you skip to the end of reviews, like this Tsohost review, then I wanted to sum up why I have been with them for the past 10 years.

1) Tsohost have amazing support. They have always been there to lend a hand, fix any issues, and answer any questions. I tend to use support tickets but knowing I can pick up the phone or go on live chat for urgent issues is important.

2) They are UK based. Having web hosting that is based in the UK is an important factor if your customers are also based in the UK. Hosting based in the same country means that there is a lower latency between the server and the end user. This means faster websites, better user experience, and more sales if you’re running a business.
