Hello Dougie thanks for the great collection. I saw that you mentioned about MaxCDN (I am also using them) and wanted to add that they also launched set of tools for webmasters – http://tools.maxcdn.com . There are 4 tools there currently and I personally find Ping Test and ProCSSor useful since I am trying to boost my website performance. Thanks.
